Return and Refund policy

 

𓇼 You have 14 days starting on the day your delivery was delivered to return, refund, or exchange any items. After that time, your package will be shipped back and you won't be able to do any of the above. 

𓇼 Items must be returned with the company tag still attached in order for a return, exchange, or refund to be processed, otherwise your package will be returned and no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be made.

𓇼 Items that are defective, stained or damaged cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned. 

𓇼 Once an item is dispatched, the delivery company is responsible for it and the company no longer has control over it.
